Scrap tyre shredding plant

A scrap tyre shredding plant is a very complex system.

The concrete task in this case comprised several sections. Initially, the tyres were to be pre-shredded and then granulated into different granule sizes. The granulation itself represents a separate complex that is carried out in several stages and includes separation of steel.

From the bunker for the pre-shredded tyres, the plant is filled in a precisely controlled manner via a modern rotating transfer belt.

The subsequent stages of the entire process, namely thorough cleaning of the granules and the eventual filling of the finished granules in big backs, were then developed and implemented.
